Chivas Regal 25 Year Old Original

The first whisky to ever carry the Chivas Regal name was launched in 1909. It was a 25 year old, designed as the first luxury whisky targeting the booming cities of North America.Chivas Regal 25 Year Old was an immediate success and became “one of the most talked about new imported consumer goods among the well to do stratum of society in the New World”. Upper echelon hotels and restaurants up and down the Eastern seaboard hounded Chivas Brother’s agents for a single bottle or two whose contents, they promised, “would be meted out solely to their best and wealthiest clientele”.


Today’s Chivas Regal 25 Year Old Original is inspired by the original luxury Scotch launched by Chivas Brothers in 1909.
